What is something good to take for the immune system?

I work with children and get everything they get! Is there a good type of the immune system builder, because someone has tried and proven to work? If yes please let me know what it is! Thank you!

    Haha. These answers are crap. First, the best way to build an immune response to exposure to stuff. Second, make sure you, your body all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients needed to restore and repair is the key. Third, hand wash. Each time you enter a room or leave a room. If a child wipes his / her nose to wash their hands. Clorox wipes for all surfaces, the faces of Germ-X Wipes for food surfaces and hands.
